Westy’s Wheels on the road to success

Paul Westerman was always passionate about running his tyre and exhaust business. Whilst having a steady stream of customers, a big rise in the rates of his garage meant he could no longer afford to be his own boss. After going back to a regular job and working shifts, he soon felt he wanted more and dreamt of one day giving it another go.

Having spotted an advert for e-factor in the local paper and looking on the website, Paul decided to speak to an advisor to see if they could help him achieve his dream. A few months later, Paul had attended several one-to-one sessions with his business advisor, had built a solid business plan and was putting his ideas into action. With the helping hand of his business advisor, Paul then applied for a loan and passed with flying colours.

Paul now runs his business from the E-Factor Centre in Immingham, benefiting from affordable rates and trading on a busy commercial and residential route through the town. After just two short weeks, under the name “Westy’s Wheels”, Paul has seen over 100 customers and is quickly building a reputation as the place to go for tyres and exhausts.

Since contacting e-factor earlier this year, Paul hasn’t looked back, “The best piece of advice I ever had was that there will be no boss harder than you, and it’s true. You have to learn to be patient, but in the end it’s definitely worth it.”
