Gallery 352 to help local aspiring retailers get to market

As part of e-factors incubation strategy, a new gift shop within the e-factor centre on 352 Pelham Road, Immingham is to be launched on Monday just in time for Valentines allowing budding entrepreneurs to show off their products. Gallery 352, e-factors retail incubation zone, gives existing and aspiring retailers the opportunity to rent shelf-space in a professional retail environment to get to market.

Enterprise Centres to give life to new businesses

Development of new enterprise centres across North East Lincolnshire have reached completion and are ready for occupancy offering start-up businesses high quality affordable incubation space on a flexible basis. The strategy spearheaded by e-factor, which has helped almost 400 new businesses get off the ground since 2007, hope the centres will become a hive of innovation, networking, growth and enterprise.
