Inspiring the next generation through enterprise

inc. represents e-factor’s early enterprise initiative which is a youth friendly brand developed to excite students towards enterprise.  A key part of the e-factor initiative is to give students and young people within North East Lincolnshire exciting opportunities to learn about enterprise and develop skills outside of the class room.

Our ambition is to give young people more opportunities through enterprise education and encourage positive attitudes towards work and life.  Enterprise education is about motivating students to become more involved in their education by bringing topics to life in work-based contexts by making learning more fun, interesting and relevant.

To help achieve our goals, inc. is working in partnership with enterprise education specialists to bring the best training and skills to North East Lincolnshire. inc. is the first step of the e-factor journey, changing attitudes and introducing enterprise and skills of the self-employed at an early age.
