About this event
Facebook is increasingly being used by businesses to build 'fan bases' and talk directly to their customers and prospects.
This free workshop builds on the Introduction to Facebook workshop on how to effectively use Facebook for your business.
At this session you will learn:
Overview of Facebook's privacy and account settings
- How to create a Facebook business 'page'
- How to edit the settings and use the features of a 'page'
- What to write on your page to engage with your customers and how to schedule updates
- How to use the basic marketing features of a 'page'
- How to share your page with others
- Social media etiquette, the dos and don'ts of what to write!
Is it for you?
This course is suitable for clients who have started their business and have attended the Introduction to Facebook or have a good understanding of using Facebook personally. Clients need to have identified that Facebook is a suitable social networking site for their business to use. Clients must have basic computer skills (must be able to send an email, attach a photo to an email, search the internet).
