e-Factor

Our Enterprise Coaches are e-factor's ‘front-line' and are often the first contact point for people. Working in the community they are meeting people, introducing e-factor and working with people to get them ready for enterprise.

The team come with a mixture of backgrounds and experiences, and often have direct experience of living in the community and overcoming some of the barriers faced by the people e-factor wants to reach and help achieve their dreams of owning and running their own business.
