The vision of e-factor is to create and manage a range of facilities and incubation spaces that meet the needs of new start business which are not currently available in the market place.

These centres will also provide bases within the community for e-factor enterprise coaches and business advisors to support clients on their journey in to enterprise.

So far e-factor have purchased centres in Immingham, Willows, Yarborough Road and Wellington Street and these properties are currently being developed in order to provide a variety of units suitable for a range of businesses such as retail, office, lifestyle, light industrial / workshops and social enterprises.

In addition to these properties e-factor intend to build, over the next twelve months, new facilities to extend the number and range of incubation units available to new start businesses.

What is business incubation?

Business incubation for small or start-up businesses offer a fantastic solution for individuals to grow and develop their business whilst removing some of the hurdles. All of our incubation spaces are provided through easy-in, easy-out rental terms, removing a big financial barrier for you as a new business. Our facilities include light industrial workshops units as well as excellent office accommodation and commercial units. We understand that starting-up for the first time can seem daunting, our incubation spaces provide an encouraging and supportive environment for new business owners and entrepreneurs during the early stages.
