A one-size-fits-all approach is of little use to most and that is why e-factor has been set up to be able to give meaningful assistance based around the needs of the individual and the business. Through our Community Outreach team and Business Advisors we can give advice, support, guidance, business services and training for both individuals seeking employment and businesses.
