- Social media etiquette, the dos and don'ts of what to write!
- What to post on Twitter to engage in conversations
- How to search and find local connections
- Using applications to manage your twitter account
- Using applications for find how far your tweet has travelled and how engaging you are

Suitable for people who have started their business and have identified that Twitter is a suitable social networking site for their business to use. You must have basic computer skills (must be able to send an email, attach a photo to an email, search the internet).
